June 13: Anniversary Celebration

An evening to celebrate the 67th anniversary of the VFSS!

Quaker Meeting House, 1090 W. 70th Ave., Vancouver, BC

Celebrate the continued flourishing of folk music in Vancouver, with potluck supper, anniversary cake, fabulous concert, and an informal sing to close out the night.

Suggested donation: $5–$10

All welcome!

What to Bring:

  • Potluck items, ready to serve (no access to fridge or stove)
  • Non-alcoholic beverages only
  • Your own dishes & utensils if you can
  • Songs/instruments for the concert and for the informal sing afterwards

Shape of the Evening:

5:30 pm   Arrive, set up, socialize
6:00 – 7:00   Potluck supper
7:00 – 7:30   Clean up & transition
7:30 – 10:00   Concert
10:00 – 11:00   Informal Sing


Sign up below if you wish to perform in the concert and/or help with the event set-up or clean-up. Sign up early for the best chance of getting a concert spot. Collaborations will be prioritized. Concert sign-up will close on June 4.
